Review Dashboard
Reviews Overview - Left Sidebar:
- In the Reviews section's left sidebar, find an organized list of integrated platforms, complete with ratings and review counts.
Search and Filter - Right Sidebar:
- On the right sidebar, utilize a search function to find specific reviews by entering keywords.
- Filter reviews based on Assessment, Type, Answer, and Date.
Toggle "All Businesses" - Right Sidebar:
- On the right sidebar, conveniently toggle the "All Businesses" button to view reviews for all your businesses.

Middle Section - Business Reviews:
- The central section displays all reviews for the selected business. The dashboard provides you with a comprehensive opportunity to monitor and respond to all reviews directly from the platform.

Review Updates
- The platform feed automatically updates four times a day, showcasing the latest reviews.
Force update
- You can also force update the individual integrated review platforms as follows:
- Navigate to Settings then Integrations
- Click the edit button on the integration you want to update
- Press the update icon in the top right.

Review Replies
Manual Reply
- You can manually craft your response and post it.

AI-Powered Reply
- In addition to crafting your responses manually, leverage our AI Reply feature.
- Utilizing cutting-edge AI technology, our platform generates responses for your reviews, streamlining your time and effort.
- Click "Reply" on a review.
- Select "AI Reply" to automatically generate a response.
- If you desire a fresh response, a simple click on the "reload" button prompts the AI to generate a new reply.
- Send the reply.

Request Reviews
Get Reviews Page
Sending Review Requests:
- Navigate to the "Get Reviews" section on the left sidebar to initiate review requests via SMS, Email, WhatsApp, or QR Code.
- Choose between uploading a CSV file or inviting customers individually by entering their Name and Number/Email manually. To add a new customer, click “Add line.”
- Ensure you have consent to send messages. Check "I have consent to send messages to this contact" and then click "Request a Review."

Template Customization and Guidelines:
- In the "Get Reviews" section, scroll down to customize review request templates for SMS, Email, and WhatsApp.

- The Sender’s name should not contain any special characters; use upper and lowercase letters only.
- The template should not include any links other than the landing URL which must be included. The error message when this is not adhered.

Optional Reminder Feature:
- Optionally, send an automatic SMS/Email reminder after 3 and/or 7 days if the customer hasn't left a review after the initial request.
- Customize SMS/Email reminder templates.

Sent Requests:

Logs for the sent requests are saved under the "Requests Sent" section.

On the SMS page, enter the customer's name and telephone number.
- Note: The sender’s name should not include special characters, and the number should include the prefix/country code (e.g., +44 for country code 44).
- If you upload a CSV. Upload one that contains recipient names and numbers in 2 columns: name, number. The number must have no spaces and must include the country prefix with the +. Example: +393466163366. Please be aware that the maximum supported length for csv files is 100.
- No spaces are allowed in the number.
- Only the landing URL is allowed in the template.

Check the option "I have consent to send messages to this contact."

Click "Request a Review" to send your review.

Note: You will get the below error message if you fail to follow the guidelines.

Send Whatsapp Requests
Using a Computer
- Open your WhatsApp via this link: https://web.whatsapp.com/ on the same browser where you have the app open.
- In the app under "Whatsapp Requests," enter the customer's name and their telephone number (ensure to include the prefix in the telephone number).
- Check the option "I have consent to send messages to this contact."
- Click "Request a Review" to send your review.

- On the window/tab that opens, click "Continue to Chat."
